HJF PM Tier 1

The courses in this module are all on-demand e-learning courses. This format allows HJF Project Managers the flexibility to complete the curriculum as their schedule allows. We suggest scheduling time into your calendar to complete 1 module per week. Each course must be completed in the sequence it appears in the curriculum (journey). You will not be able to move forward until you've completed the previous course. The on-demand e-learning format is designed to accommodate diverse learners. You will need to take the courses in sequence but can go back over content multiple times if you are having difficulty. Each competency module is broken into multiple courses which can be taken all at once, or in smaller chunks to suit individual preferences and learning styles. The curriculum is set up to target only what you need to know. Learners may choose to seek a waiver for part of or all of the curriculum. Or, in the absence of a waiver, learners who successfully demonstrate evidence of existing knowledge in the pre-course test can test out of individual courses which allows them to spend time gaining knowledge and skills only in the areas that they need.
